Not all values are verified. 

Axe, Hammer, Sword, Bow Damage Bonuses

Increases damage by +10-15% but reduces armor by 10 while attacking. 
*Increases damage by +10-15% but gives you -1 Health Regeneration
*Increases damage by +10-15% but gives you -1 Energy Regeneration
Increases damage by +10-15% but gives you -5 Energy
Increases damage by +10-15 while you're enchanted
Increases damage by +10-15% against a hexed foe
Increases damage by +10-15% while your Health is above 50%
Increases damage by 15-20% while your Health is below 50%
Increases damage by 15-20% while you're suffering from a Hex
Increases damage by while you're in a Stance

Icey Changes damage to Cold
Ebon Changes damage to Earth
Shocking Changes damage to Lightning
Fiery Changes damage to Fire
Barbed (Not Hammer) Increases Bleed duration by 33%
Crippling (Not Hammer) Increases Cripple duration by 33%
Cruel (Not Sword, Bow) Increases Deep Wound duration by 33%
Furious(Not bow)
Doubles your Adrenaline gain, 2-10% of the time
Poisoner's Increases Poison Duration by 33%
Heavy (Not Sword) Increases Weaken duration by 33%
Zealous (rare items only)
Each hit gives you 1 Energy, but you have -1 Energy Regen
Vampiric(rare items only, 1-5 for hammer, bow) Each hit steals 1-3 (1-5 for hammer, bow) target Health, but you have -1 Health Regen
Sundering 10-20% of the time, your hit has 10% armor penetration

Shelter +4-7 Armor vs. Physical damage
