FoW 55 Monk farmer (Mo/Me extended Spell Breaker)
This build is for farming Fissures of Woe with a SS Necromancer, which is a bit harder than other places to farm. It's also a great way to spend time with a friendly SS Necro, but requires some skill to make money (I average about 100 gold lost per person per run, not counting Obsidian Shards).
Attributes:
12+3+1 Divine Favor
6+3 Healing Prayers (or 10+3, to help mitigate fire damage)
Remainder into Protection Prayers (with a superior rune)
Skills:
1: Protective Spirit
2: Healing Breeze
3: Arcane Echo
4: Spell Breaker
5: Mending
6: Balthazar's Spirit
7: Essence Bond
8: Blessed Aura
Reasoning:
Protective Spirit keeps you alive by reducing damage taken to 5
Healing Breeze and Mending together give you 10 hp regeneration, allowing you to take 4 hits per second without dying (Due to protective spirit)
Balthazar's Spirit and Essence Bond keep your energy very high.
Blessed Aura and Arcane Echo work with Spell Breaker to give you a very long duration to protect yourself from Shatter Enchantment.
Gear:
Armor:
Bonus energy armor, actually armor value does not matter.
Runes:
5 superior runes, at least 1 in Divine, Healing, and Protection.
Weapon:
A Sword or Axe with +5 energy, very high enchantment duration bonus (20%), and an icy prefix bonus (for helping your SS Necromancer's Shivers)
Offhand:
-50 hp offhand, found from doing the Cities of Ascalon quest (or buying one)
Strategy:
Have 55 hp (5 superior runes, and -50 hp offhand)
Maintain all 4 maintainable enchantments, and have your Necromancer use Blood Ritual to return to max energy.
Always keep Protective Spirit on you while being attacked, and Healing Breeze while being attacked by more than 2 opponents.
Arcane Echo Spell Breaker when there is a Mesmer in the group you are attacking. Recast Spell Breaker 18-19 seconds after you cast the first one.
Always attack Mesmers first, by drawing melee attackers towards the Mesmers so that SS will be able to finish the Mesmers off quicker. Repeat with Monks, then eles, then rangers.
Do not overaggro, and be very careful around Elementalists, as they can use Fire Storm and attack, acting as more than one source of damage. Using Spell Breaker while Elementalists are attacking you can cause them to find a new target, which can be your SS Necromancer. Be careful to keep Elementalists out of range of your Necromancer.
If too many enemies are attacking you, repeatedly use Healing Breeze and Protective Spirit to heal yourself with the Divine Favor Bonus.
There are interrupts in FoW, so do not wait until the last second to recast Protective Spirit.
If Rastigan The Eternal dies, you are booted from FoW. He will aggro and die from anything that gets near him, and he will move away from his starting space once you attack some of the rangers near the flaming bowl.
Not all areas in FoW can be cleared with the 55/SS team, but I've yet to get past the first area, so hopefully you can make your own decisions if you get far enough.
Have a great time with this build!
